Greensboro, NC: New parts packages from laundry equipment parts supplier Talley Machinery Corp., Greensboro, NC (www.TalleyMachinery.com), combine the key flatwork ironer parts that most commonly require repair or replacement in a single kit to ensure the proper parts are on site and ready for immediate installation during a rebuild or upgrade. Pre-positioned at the laundry plant in advance of an ironer rebuild or upgrade, the Talley parts packages enable the project to quickly move forward without interruption by eliminating delays associated with ordering spare parts from the warehouse and awaiting their arrival after work has already begun. The clever parts packages also eliminate the excessive costs incurred when required parts must be shipped overnight or by weekend delivery.

To be unveiled at Clean '09 booth #3213 in New Orleans, La. on June 18th, 2009, the new parts packages may include gears, sprockets, chains, roll boxes, steam traps, side covers, dog bones, pork chops and other parts as well as the company's signature upgrades the right hand drive conversion and roll raising rig. The clever parts packages are customized for each flatwork ironer based on the ironer model specifications, volume of production, type of fabric typically pressed and other factors.

The Talley parts packages are currently available on all American Ironer flatwork ironers in commercial laundries and on-site laundries at healthcare, hospitality, institutional, industrial and other facilities,. To further reduce the investment needed for an effective rebuild or upgrade, any unused part may be returned to Talley Machinery for full credit.
